Came across this article yesterday … it’s about fitness and how you can get better benefit from a few minutes of exercise repeated a few times throughout the day.

If you read the article, you may be put off by what they call “intense exercise sessions”.  As soon as I read that, I got on the phone with Michael Carson, America’s Fitness Coach, and the creator of MyMobileMinute for a quick interview:

Michael, thanks for taking the time for an interview this morning.  As you know, we read about Interval Training in the Associate Press, and we saw the direct connection with MyMobileMinute.

My pleasure.  Yes, MyMobileMinute incorporates interval training, as well as a few other super exciting principles that all work together to give you the best chance that anyone has ever had at getting into healthy condition.

The first thought that came to mind for us, was the use of the term “intense exercise sessions”.  I personally do MobileMinute, and I wouldn’t call it “intense” by any means.  Does MobileMinute still qualify as this kind of training with the amazing benefits they describe?

I want you to do your own due diligence, but absolutely, unequivocably, yes.   The reason for that is that “intense” is perception.  What is “intense” for someone who is not an athlete, probably won’t look or feel intense to that person.  As you and many others have found out, MyMobileMinute is as close to not exercising as exercising will ever get – and I know you’re seeing the same kind of results that you did when you’ve done the gym thing, working out for a couple of hours at a time.
